David
With over 20 years of experience in the hygiene field, I’ve built a rewarding career centered around caring for others something I’m deeply passionate about. My commitment to people’s well-being drives everything I do, both professionally and personally. Outside of work, I’m an Oakland-based musician and a dedicated mentor to youth in need of guidance and support. I also enjoy exploring entrepreneurial ventures that allow me to grow and give back to my community in meaningful ways.

Cristine
With over 18 years of experience in management and patient care, I’ve dedicated my career to creating meaningful connections and optimizing health outcomes. I’m passionate about helping people feel their best whether that’s through efficient care coordination, empathetic support, or building systems that make healthcare more personal and effective.
Beyond work, I’m a proud parent to a 17-year-old who keeps life full of laughter and purpose. When I’m not working or spending time with family, you’ll likely find me riding my motorcycle or watching basketball games two of my favorite ways to unwind and enjoy life’s simple joys.

Escarlett

Lucia
With over three decades of experience in the dental field, I began my career in 1986 and earned her RDA, X-ray Technician, and Coronal Polish licenses in 1989. For the past 15 years, she has focused on the front office, where she excels in patient relations, scheduling, treatment planning, and billing. Passionate about making patients feel welcome and cared for, she brings a wealth of experience and a personal touch to every interaction.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active with Zumba and cherishing quality time with my grandkids

Heather
I’ve been working in the dental field for over 15 years, and I find the most rewarding part of my career is building trust and lasting relationships with patients by providing straightforward, high-quality care. My goal is to ensure every patient feels comfortable, informed, and confident in their smile.
When I’m not in the office, I love traveling, going on weekend hikes, enjoying live music, and catching up with friends over brunch.

Melani
Hi, I’m Melani! I’ve been in the dental field for three years, and my goal is always to help our patients feel at ease and confident during their visits. I love teaching them little tips to boost their overall health while keeping things light and positive. I’m often described as friendly, upbeat, and fun—qualities I bring into everything I do, including my passion for dancing and attending concerts. Life is better when you’re smiling, right?
