So I would say that we have this thing called our guts. So, our gut lets us know if we’re safe, and the best way we can do that is by communicating. Feeling somebody’s energy, making sure that they have your best interests at heart. Also that you are feeling like you’re heard. You’ll just know. You’ll just know that you are in a space where you can feel safe and comfortable.
