My favorite things about boosting your immunity is really, number one, enough water. Hydration is key. Rest, sleep – eight hours is really good. And while you’re sleeping, making sure you’re breathing through your nose.
The last thing I recommend that’s really important is going to be utilizing your spices. I would say utilize your… we’re cooking nowadays, so utilizing cardamom, cinnamon, turmeric, of course. And chili is great at boosting your immune system. Garam masala is my favorite with Indian food. And that works really well because all of those things will raise the temperature in our bodies, which helps fight off any sort of bug that’s out there.
